Dinner Catering - Set Menus





Minimum 10 guests at your venue or a maximum of 20 at Spoons

Your menu is created and prepared by a Master Chef, finished in your kitchen and served to you and your guests. Spend time entertaining and sit back and enjoy the experience in your own home.
As an alternative, in the Cairns CBD our Venue "Spoons" is available for hire.
Prices are based on venues with adequate kitchen facilities and include bread rolls & butter, service of all food to your table by one of our professional wait staff, supply of crockery and cutlery as well as clean-up of your kitchen once we are done.
Dinner Set Menus

Four Course Dinner Menu $93.50 per person
(minimum of 10 people)

Choose 1 cold starter, 1 hot starter, 1 main and 1 dessert from our set menus

Five Course Dinner Menu $101.20 per person
(minimum of 10 people)

Choose 1 cold starter, 1 hot starter, 1 main and 1 dessert from our set menus
We will add an appetiser to start with as well as a sorbet before your main course.

Three Course Alternate Drop Dinner Menu $104.50 per person
(minimum of 10 people)

Choose 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 desserts from our set menus
We will prepare all meals 50/50 and they will be "dropped" in front of your guests.
You will not be able to choose which meal you will get, but you are welcome to swap plates on the night.

Degustation Menu (8 courses) $126.50 per person
(minimum of 10 people)

Choose 1 cold starter, 1 hot starter, 2 main courses (1 fish & 1 meat) and 1 dessert from our set menus. We will add an appetiser to start with, a sorbet between your fish course and main course as well as a cheese platter at the very end.
